2011 IOM Worlds – Deadline for application August 1st 2009
Tuesday, July 7th, 2009IOMICA has received in January an application from GBR for WC 2011.
If no other application has been received on August 1st 2009, GBR will award 2011 WC.
2009 World Championships
Friday, December 5th, 2008VC Events has accepted the bid from BAR to host the IOMICA World Championships 2009.
Both BAR and ESP bids satisfied the criteria for an excellent World Championships. The majority of the Exec favoured BAR. We now look forward to working closely with BAR towards a successful World Championships.

The 2007 IOM World Championships will take place between October 13th and October 20th 2007, in Marseille, France, organized by the Yachting Club de la Pointe Rouge (YCPR).
Important dates:
- 1. July 2007: Closing date for entries
- 15. July 2007: Allocation of places, stage 2
- 15. August 2007: Allocation of places, final
- 13-20 October 2007: World Championship regatta
