as Mike has already told you I have had some serious problems at this end 
which meant all but the essentials got put to one side.
I agree with your statement that the proposed changes can stand, even though 
I think the wording could be improved.
As far as the revision of the documentation goes, please ensure that you are 
using up to date logos, references and titles to reflect the changes to IRSA 
and ISAF references. If you need anything from me please (i.e. the correct 
ISAF logo etc) let me know and I will get Bruce to send it to you.
