Notes regarding IOM Certificates

- Robert Grubisa made WORD and PDF IOM Certificates
with ISAF, IRSA and IOM ICA logos
 
- It was decided to remove ISAF logo and Barry Fox
made a change in both WORD and PDF files

- Barry Fox made WORD template allowing entering data in 
electronic format.

- IOM 2012 Certificate Form2.dot and IOM 2012 Certificate Form2.pdf
have been sent to NCAs

- IOM cert2012_230312.doc is original WORD file made by RG with deleted
ISAF logo.
