IOMICA

This note constitutes the official notice of the 2010 IOM ICA AGM to be held electronically on November 15th, 2010.

The Agenda for this meeting has been prepared and distributed to all World Council Members and is available to everyone via the link at the end of this note.

We will post each resolution in separate topic in a section of the IOM ICA Forum so that any open discussion on these topics can be more readily followed. We ask that you not start topics in this section but please feel free to comment on any of the resolutions within their individual threads.

In the next while you should receive a ballot from your NCA representative asking for you vote on these items.

There has been talk about setting a more fixed time frame for holding our AGMs and to try to stay away from holding them in conjunction with any actual regattas. Looking back through the history of these meetings it is fairly obvious that physical attendance at them is very small and that the time allotted to hold the meeting looks to be rushed at best when they are held in conjunction with major events.
