HMS as system works for radio sailing.The problem it does have ( when using the 6 promotion/ relegation) is race 2 to race 3.I have always felt that it's deeply unfair that at race 2 you have a 4 boat promotion then race 3 you go to 6. This means there is even more pressure on your seeding race. If ...
