a couple of other issues for consideration as well, 1. economics, current format dictates that you need about 7-9 international judges and with that comes cost 2. this opens another point, oncourse realtime judging and adjudicating, seemingly some beleive the cost isn't worth the result, whats the a...

From memory there were a couple of boats at the last worlds that had concave decks. the proposed rule makes them illegal post change?

Does someone want to write a summary of the views for changing the current rule?

Semingly there seems to be general consensus that the oval holes don't break the rule as it is currently written?

Has anybody worked out what the effects are of having such a system?

Have retrofitted a system with a fully enclosed deck, not hard and didn't take long. A deck with easier access would make the glue job at the bottom of the boat neater. Now having used the system there is a couple of observations which i'm not sure are fast. 1. the jib forestay now pumps and it is m...

Unfortunatley during the regatta we had 35 Shirts 10 Vests 46 hats lifted from the container and the administration tent. This equals just over $3000 of product. As the regatta was run to break even my personal funds have funded this shortfall. Each competitor was given one hat and one shirt, if for...
