Scottish Wooden Hull IOM Championship

Post by Ralph Knowles » 05 Jul 2007, 01:19

This Saturday 8th July we are holding the annual Scottish Wooden Hull Champs at Brechin Castle Centre Model Boat Club. All measured and certificated 'Wooden Walls' are welcome. Briefing at 09:45 for a 10:00 start. The usual breaks for refreshments in the on site supa-dupa caff' will be scheduled to miss the bus parties and grand-dads birthday lunches. After the recent rains the pond is high, but the shallow spots round the edges can still catch you out. Wellies advised. Murray has volunteered to be RO, in the absence of Mel (on holiday), and there are a few volunteer observers, so every race will count.
Bring on the Breeze!

Ralph
