Irish IOM class @ 2009 Boat show - need ur idea/experience

Hi,

For the firt time we will have a stand at the 2009 Irish boat show in Dublin starting next Wednesday.

After negociating to have a presence there this will be the first time the IOM class will be represented there. We are very much looking forward to it and we hope to raise the awareness of model boat and our class with the aim of getting more members. We have also been asked to do demo on their indoor pool which we'll be pleased to perform.

To make the most of this we would welcome any ideas and your recommendations of what you include in the stand. But also if you have key points about the IOM class which would help promoting our class.

We are already working on posters with nice pictures but any tips welcome

Gilbert, I would talk to the MYA as they have been at the Dinghy Exhibition for some years now so could be very useful to you. Good Luck
