A high-tech way of making a plug is to cnc mill it from mdf (wood fiber board). See
http://el-servo.physics.helsinki.fi/per ... 11_nov.htm

the mill in those pictures is owned by Jari Immanen and he will gladly mill you a plug at reasonable cost from CAD drawings but the shipping costs might be prohibitive.

as for drawings I have a few on my IOM-Info page:
http://electronics.physics.helsinki.fi/ ... /iom-info/

the Triple Crown drawings are available from the MYA:
http://www.mya-uk.org.uk/suppliers/triplecrown.html

Sails ETC (www.sailsetc.com) sell a number of plans.

Marine Modeling International, or Traplet publications (www.traplet.com) also sells a number of plans.
