This posting is to serve as formal notice of the announcement of the application received from the Popular Republic of China, to form an NCA and join the World Council. The effective date of this announcement is posted on April 3d, 2024. This date will serve as the initiation date for the four week review period by the Executive Board to make a determination and ruling of acceptance.
Deadline for acceptance is therefore May 1sr, 2024.
