The ISAF regulations for International Casses

With the discussion going on about the possibility of the IOMICA joining the ISAF directly, and the possible creation of the IRSCA to replace the RDS for the remaining International RC classes. I wondered what the ISAF regulations looked like.
The regulation covering governance of International and Recognised class status is Regulation 26. It may be found starting on page 111 of the ISAF Regulations document.
