IRSA wants to take back the IOM?

The press release says, "IRSA will promote radio sailing by promoting the four existing International classes".
Hang on, that isn't IRSA's job. Promoting the IOM is the task of IOMICA. IRSA's job, on the other hand, is to promote the three remaining International classes.
Hmmm... Is this the RSD PC's way of putting the IOM class on notice that it intends to revoke its agreement with and recognition of IOMICA? Or is it just some unintentionally slapdash phrasing of a muddled and meaningless communique? I guess we'll receive the same thunderous silence by way of explanation...
