Constitution and Regulations Updated

You will find that the updated versions of the Constitution and Regulation are the ones that are linked into the listings on "Overview" on the ICA Home Page. If you look in the list of headings on the right hand side you will find "Overview near the bottom of the first grouping.
The only changes you should find are the references to ISAF-RSD, etc. changed to IRSA. The date of the documents and copyright notice is changed to be current as well.
As a matter of interest, if you click on the blue IOM logo at the top left corner of this forum page, any of them actually, it takes you straight to the Web site.
