Submission of the country of Hungry (HUN) to join World Council

This posting is to serve as formal notice of the announcement of the application from the country of Hungry to form an NCA and join the World Council.
There were some electronic communication issues with the submission of their paperwork that delayed this posting. The effective date of this announcement is posted on 4 May 2022. This date will serve as the beginning of the four week review period by the Executive Board to make a determination and ruling of acceptance.
