Problem fix for GER usergroup

This concerns sailors who joined the GER usergroup on this forum.
The forum software reported an internal error with the GER usergroup data. We have deleted the group, and then re-created it. The result is anyone who enroled in the GER usergroup will need to do so again, please. Sorry!
