as far as I know there has been no proposals put forward by any NCA and there has not been much activity within the exec.

Over the past months there have been a number of discussions about various technical issues that could be addressed at the AGM by proposed rule changes. I would urge all of you to talk to your members and as soon as possible submit any proposed rule changes as soon as possible. Feel free to contact any of the Exec if you have any questions.

All the proposals I have received are now on the website: http://www.iomclass.org/2008-iomica-agm/

If you have submitted a proposal & you don’t see it on that page please forward a copy directly to me: chairman@iomclass.org

Cheers

The agenda has now been published to the website:
http://www.iomclass.org/2008-iomica-agm/

Please note that both registered owner & certificated owner votes will be required. You will need to arrange owner ballots.

Please submit voting strengths to VCInfocomms or myself no later than 27 October.

Cheers

I’ve sent an email to each member of the WC with a voting return form to send back. If you haven’t got yours you can download one from:
http://www.iomclass.org/exec/2008AGM/vo ... rn2008.xls

Failing that please let me know and I’ll send you one.

Cheers

Andy

This evening I have forwarded by email the voting return xls file duly completed as required.

Eventually we managed to get 52 GBR owners to take part in the vote.

Regards

I'm working on the minutes over this weekend, they should be published mid next week.

Yes, I'm a little behind.

The minutes are done, they're with the Exec for approval.

Cheers
