If you have a very deep very light hull then you could potentially place corrector weights quite low in the hull.

For bulbs we have been using the NACA 0010-34 which also has max camber at 40% but is a little different from the standard 4-digit series.

Measuring some commercial fins I would say the 0010-34 is pretty close to a number of commercial fins.

I've just noticed that HiTec has a new servo out, the HS-7955TG.

With the new HFP-20 programmer it should have an overload protection feature.

Has anyone used this? With the overload protection I imagine no fuse is necessary.

I've just heard Graham Bantock has a new design called PIKANTO with moulds now in many places around the world.

According to the specs, compared to TOPIKO, the bow is a bit higher and wider, and the boat has chines aftward a la Lintel.

As I am sure you have some insight into how ISAF works, do you have any information on what is required for an ISAF-recognized class association? (either IOM-ICA or multi-ICA)
What are the costs and commitments?

It seems that in the IOM class it is very hard to find volunteers to work ...

this works well too:
- print out the number on normal copy paper with a laser printer
- attach to hull with epoxy. the epoxy will saturate the paper and you'll get a nice number badge which is firmly attached to the hull.
