Region 6 Regatta

I saw the scheudled dates for this event, are these firm dates and who is hosting? I ask because i am trying the schedule the Region 6 regatta for Victorias up in Oregon and i don't want to sail on the same dates as some people may have to choose between.

July 18-20, San Rafael, CA (North Bay RC Sailing Association). As far as I've heard they are firm - but I'm not a member of that club.
