WC is asked to vote on

'Add to C.4.3 “Corrector weights may not be moved or changed for the duration of a regattaâ€

Dear Bruce I asked you this question in the WC forum but you did not answer. Do you know that ESP NCA has already made a proposal to change CR C.4.3?
