On behalf of the IOM ICA we wish to congratulate Rob Walsh (GBR) as the new Worlds Champion of the International One Metre Class. After a week of varying conditions Rob took hold of the lead mid way through and held on for the duration of the event. A strong showing against some of the best in the world.
In addition we want to congratulate and thank the NCA for ISR and everyone who worked on making the event come together. Through some trying times, many of those really beyond anyone’s control, they kept focused on pulling through and in the end produced a fine event.
To all the competitors we also offer our thanks, gratitude, and congratulations for making the effort to attend. It takes everyone at all levels of skill to make an event like this a success and your participation makes it all possible.
Again, congratulations to World Champion Rob Walsh.
